Can You Customize the Size of this Print?
We currently only keep two paper sizes in stock, 5x7" and 8x10", so unfortunately we aren't able to offer other sizes at this moment.
Do You Include Proofs?
We do not offer proofs at this time.
Do You Take Custom Orders?
We accept semi-custom work on a limited basis. We're able to offer minor customizations for our paper goods. Please contact us with your request prior to making your purchase. Each custom order is quoted on an individual basis.
This Is A Gift, Please Don't Include Pricing!
We don't include any mention of pricing on our packing slips for this very reason, so we've got you covered!
Will You Capitalize/Format/Change My Text?
On personalized items, text is used as entered by you, unless otherwise specified.
How Will My Order Ship?
All orders within the US include tracking.
- Paper Goods: USPS First Class Mail (estimated 1-4 business days after fulfillment)
- Coffee Mugs: USPS Priority Mail (estimated 1-4 business days after fulfillment)
In some situations, we may upgrade shipping to a higher service level or opt for a comparable option from Fed Ex. This is not common, but may happen with larger orders.
International orders ship via USPS and will ship at the lowest available rate option to save on shipping costs. Tracking numbers may not be included with international shipments.
I'm Placing An International Order, Am I Responsible for Customs Fees?
Customers are responsible for the payment of all customs, duties and taxes that may apply. Paper & Wit is not responsible for any delivery delays due to customs.
Do You Ship to My Country?
We currently ship to the following international locations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand and United Kingdom.
Can You Rush My Order?
We're currently unable to rush orders beyond the processing time listed on the product page.
When Will My Order Ship?
Please see the item description to check the processing time for your item. As a general guideline, our processing times are as follows for each item
- Art Prints: 2 to 3 business days
- Stationery: 3 to 5 business days
- Coffee Mugs: 5 to 7 business days
Please note that these are general guidelines. Be sure to check the individual product page for up-to-date processing times.
Why Is my Order Shipping from Multiple Locations?
We work with a few printing partners to help us produce some of our products, so some items in your order may ship from California, Alabama or Arizona in addition to our "headquarters"(* cough * home office * cough *).
It is very unlikely that your order will ship from more than two locations.
What If There's a Mistake on My Order?
If the mistake is due to an error made by Paper & Wit, we will reprint your order and get it sent out to you immediately.
If the mistake is due to an error made by the customer, Paper & Wit is not responsible for the cost of reprinting/reshipping your items. We strongly encourage you to triple check all details before finalizing your order in order to avoid the possibility of having to reorder due to an error.
Do You Accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations?
All sales are final and we are not able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can address any concerns you may have.
What Are Your Business Hours?
Business hours are between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. If you have a question at any time of day/night, please contact us and we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible!
Can I Resell The Items I Purchase From Paper & Wit?
All items are for personal use only and the reselling of Paper & Wit products is not permitted.
Do You Offer Wholesale?
Non-personalized art prints are available for wholesale. We're currently set up with Etsy Wholesale and would love to give you a guest pass link to browse our line sheet. Please contact us for more info!
